Tails The Fox Sonic Character

Tails the fox is also known as "Miles Prower” which is a pun on "miles per hour". It is used to refer to the famed speed of Sonic the Hedgehog. Super tails the fox is an eight-year old fox with two tails. He is known to be Sonic's sidekick as well as a mechanic and made his debut was in 1992 in the 8-bit version of Sonic the Hedgehog 2. He is able to use his two tails to thrust himself into the air like a helicopter for a limited time. When introduced for the first time, Tails the fox fur was orange. Gradually the color changed to yellow-orange for Sonic Adventure, and later to light yellow for Sonic Heroes. In 1993 and 1995, the tails the fox games were introduced where he was the main starrer. Some of these popular games are Tails and the Music Maker for the Pico, Tails Adventure, and Tails' Skypatrol.

Super tails the fox is the third most popular character of the sonic video game series, according to official polls. Yasushi Yamaguchi, designed Tails for an internal competition as a sidekick to the speedy hedgehog. The character was meant to hold a great admiration for Sonic character.

Tails the fox games were first seen in Sonic 2 for the Sega Master System. First playing the part of Sonic's sidekick, he was an enjoyable character from the second controller. In later games, Tails has had roles using unique modes of play. For instance, in Sonic Adventure, he is one of the six playable characters and his gameplay is standard platforming stages.
